We believe every golfer—from the casual weekend player to the seasoned competitor—deserves access to equipment that matches their swing, their goals, and their love for the game. That’s why we bring high-level technology and craftsmanship with personalized service to every club we touch.
Meet the Founder:
Mark Rudnik
Mark brings more than 40 years of golfing experience to Eagle Bay Golf, backed by a degree in Industrial Management, combining engineering, technology, and business, along with decades of hands-on experience in metalwork, machining, mechanical systems, and precision-based businesses.
That technical background has been complemented by extensive golf-specific education. Mark is a Certified Mitchell Golf Club Builder, Golf Lab Certified Club Fitter, TrackMan Level 2 Certified professional, Golf Smart Academy Level 1 Certified Instructor, and Golfzon Leadbetter Education Level 1 Certified Instructor, and is a member of the Association of Golf Clubfitting Professionals (AGCP).
Before launching Eagle Bay Golf, Mark successfully built, owned and operated businesses where precision, problem-solving, quality workmanship, and customer service were essential. He brings that same mindset to golf—not looking at the swing or the equipment in isolation, but using education, technology, data, and craftsmanship to understand how all the pieces work together.
That approach became the foundation of Eagle Bay Golf and our commitment to helping golfers hit Better Shots, More Often.
