Founded in 2025, Eagle Bay Golf is the result of one man’s lifelong passion for golf, craftsmanship, and precision engineering. That man is Mark Rudnik—a dedicated golfer, hands-on technician, and entrepreneur with a strong commitment to quality.

Meet the Founder: Mark Rudnik

With over 40 years of golfing experience and a background in metalwork, machining, and mechanical systems, Mark brings an unmatched level of skill and attention to detail to the world of golf club servicing.

Before launching Eagle Bay Golf, Mark successfully ran other precision-based businesses, including:

RimPro – A high-end alloy wheel repair and refinishing company
Pirtek – A hydraulic and industrial hose service center focused on fast, accurate solutions

These ventures instilled in Mark a core belief that carries into everything he does: deliver consistent quality, respect your craft, and always put the customer first.

From Garage to Golf Shop

For years, Mark honed his club repair and building skills from his garage—fixing, customizing, and optimizing his own gear and that of friends and fellow golfers. In time, what began as a hobby transformed into something bigger: a trusted local resource for golfers looking to fine-tune their equipment and their game.

Mark formalized his skills by completing the Mitchell Golf Club Performance Master Class, a respected certification that combines theory, measurement systems, and hands-on mastery in club fitting and performance tuning.
